DrinkLync for events, pop-ups & festivals

Built for the weekend.
Gone by Monday.

An event bar is a venue with no second chances: a night or two to get the line right. DrinkLync stands up in days, runs your peak, and tears down clean, at $299 a night.

$299per night, flat + $500 setup

Where this room leaks money

You know these nights.

Failure 01

The main-act crush

Everyone drinks between sets. Thirty-minute lines during the changeover mean thousands of drinks nobody bought.

Failure 02

Cash, cards, and chaos in a field

Pop-up bars mean improvised payments, shrinkage, and zero record of what actually sold where.

Failure 03

No data, no second year

When the weekend ends, most festival bars can't say which bar overperformed or when. Next year is the same guess.

Where it runs

Use cases.

Festival bars

Every bar on the grounds is a station. Guests order from the lawn and pick up between sets.

Rooftop and venue pop-ups

A one-weekend bar gets the full system: menu, queue, QR pickup and a live dashboard.

Ticketed one-night events

Galas, launches and private events run on the same 2-night minimum, then it is torn down clean.

How DrinkLync fits this room

Built for exactly this.

Order from the crowd

Guests order from the lawn and get pinged at pickup. The bar line stops being part of the show.

Every dollar accounted for

Every order is paid in-app before it's poured — per-bar, per-hour, per-SKU records you keep.

Stand up fast, tear down clean

We configure your bars and menus before gates open. When it's over, it's over — no hardware contracts.

The number

Flat pricing. No share of your sales.

DrinkLync takes no share of your sales: a flat fee, $199 a month per extra station, and Insights only if you want it. Card processing is separate — guests pay into your own Stripe account and Stripe charges you its standard card fees on those payments. See your numbers with your own inputs or read full pricing.

Asked by rooms like yours

Straight answers.

How fast can you stand up an event?
Days, not weeks. Menus, bars, and staff screens are configured before gates; your bar leads learn it in one briefing.
What about connectivity in a field?
We review your connectivity plan during setup; staff screens tolerate drops and re-sync, and guests use their own data.
Is $299 a night really the whole price?
Plus the one-time $500 setup, yes. No share of your sales and no hardware rental games. Card processing is separate: guests pay into your own Stripe account and Stripe charges you its standard card fees on those payments.
Can I run a pop-up for a one-night event?
Yes. /onboard/popup is built for exactly this. $299/night flat with a 2-night minimum and a $500 setup; there is no free tier. You print our QR posters (we generate them automatically), prop them around your tent, and you're live.
Is there an iPad/POS we need to buy?
No POS to buy. Each station is one iPad, and the staff app is built for iPad. Use iPads you already own and pair them by scanning a QR from your setup screen, or tell us how many you need on the hardware step and we ship them pre-configured and locked to DrinkLync. The manager dashboard runs in any browser.
What do you need from me to get started?
Email + name (you), venue name + city + state, your ABC license number if you have one, and a rough estimate of peak-night order volume. From there we send you a magic link to finish onboarding at your pace.
