These terms govern your use of DrinkLync: the guest app, the venue platform at app.drinklync.com, and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by DrinkLync, a Nashville, Tennessee based software company ("DrinkLync", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a venue, you agree on the venue's behalf as well.
DrinkLync is ordering software for bars and venues. Guests browse a venue's live menu, order and pay in the app, and pick up at a station when their order is ready. Venues get the tools to run that flow: menus, prep queues, pickup verification, and reporting.
You must be at least 21 years old to create a guest account or order through DrinkLync. Venue staff must be of legal age for their role under applicable law. You agree to use the Service only where and as the law allows, and to present valid ID at pickup when asked. Venue staff can refuse handoff of any order when ID cannot be verified or when service would be unlawful or unsafe, and applicable alcohol laws always control.
The venue you order from is the seller of record for every beverage and item sold through DrinkLync. DrinkLync provides the ordering software; it does not sell, prepare, or serve alcohol. The venue is responsible for its menu, its prices, the preparation and lawful service of its products, and compliance with its alcohol licenses. Your purchase contract for any order is between you and the venue.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By ordering, you authorize the charge for your order total, including any taxes and fees shown at checkout. DrinkLync does not store your card number; see our privacy policy for how payment data is handled.
Because venues are the sellers, refunds are handled by the venue. If something is wrong with an order, ask the venue staff on site first; they can resolve most issues on the spot. If you cannot resolve it with the venue, email help@drinklync.com and we will help route the issue, but the refund decision belongs to the venue.
Keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The DrinkLync name, logo, app, product screens, copy, and design are the property of DrinkLync. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission. Venue menus and business data remain the venue's property.
The Service is provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, especially on your busiest nights, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wait time estimates, throughput figures, and operator math are estimates, not promises of results.
To the maximum extent the law allows, DrinkLync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of venues, including the preparation and service of beverages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the Service in the three months before the claim or one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
A venue's commercial relationship with DrinkLync (pricing, setup, stations, support) is set by the service agreement the venue signs, not by this page. If a signed venue agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that venue.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update this page and its effective date, and call out meaningful changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
