For bartenders and gatekeepers

A clear queue. Exact specs. One scan at pickup.

DrinkLync runs on your bar's station iPad. Orders arrive in sequence with every detail on the ticket, and the pickup scan settles whose drink is whose, so the screen is the bad guy, not you.

Behind the bar

The bartender station is a make queue for your bar.

Tickets in sequence

Orders route to your station and stay in order. No shouted orders and no "who's next".

Exact specs on every ticket

Spirit, garnish, ice and notes are on the ticket, so the drink is made the way it was ordered.

Three taps per drink

Accept, making, ready. The guest is told the moment you mark it ready.

Out of something? 86 it from the ticket

Mark the exact drink as out without leaving the queue.

Tips after pickup

After guests collect their drinks, the app invites them to tip. Tipping is optional. A tip is a separate charge to the guest's card, paid to the venue, and your venue's tip policy decides how tips are shared.

A summary at the end of your shift

When you end your shift, the station shows a recap built from the orders you actually handled.

At the pickup station

The gatekeeper station hands drinks to the right people.

One scan per handoff

The guest shows a pickup QR code. One scan matches the order, the guest and the station.

No arguments at the rail

If a drink is not theirs, the screen says so. You point at the screen instead of debating.

A face to match, when there is one

If the guest has a photo on their account, it appears on the scan so you can check the person matches. This is not an age check: ID stays with your venue, the same as at the rail.

Every handoff logged

Time, order and station are recorded, so a question about a drink is answered from the record, not from memory.

How to join your bar's team

You do not sign up on your own. Your manager adds you, and you never need your own phone or a download.

  1. Your manager adds you

By name and email, as a bartender or a gatekeeper.

  2. You get an email invite

It has an activation PIN and your login. It expires 72 hours after it was sent, so open it soon. If it has expired, ask your manager to send a new one.

  3. Activate and choose your PIN

Open the link in the email, enter the activation PIN, and choose the personal PIN you will use to sign in. Keep it private.

  4. Sign in on the station iPad

Pick your name on the station and enter your PIN. Your manager can also set you up in person.

No invite yet? Ask your manager. Invite expired or PIN not working? Ask your manager first, then email help@drinklync.com with your venue's name. Never email your PIN.
